We’re thrilled to welcome both of them to the Honeycomb Strategy team.
Kieran Collins joins as Strategy Director, relocating all the way from Essex, UK (yes, he’s swapping grey skies for Melbourne sunshine — smart move, Kieran). He spent six years at STRAT7 Incite advising global organisations across financial services, telco, insurance, and FMCG. He’s the kind of strategist who doesn’t just surface findings — he gets to what actually drives behaviour and translates that into decisions that matter. Quant depth, strategic sharpness, and a talent for storytelling. We couldn’t be more excited to have him.
Luke Chen joins as Senior Strategy Consultant, coming to us from Bastion with four years of senior client experience and a background that spans healthcare, data, and strategy. He’s commercially grounded, deeply curious, and genuinely motivated by helping clients build real conviction in their decisions. Exactly our kind of person.
